1. Permitted Personal Licensing

All monochromatic wallpapers hosted on MONO.GRAF are released and distributed exclusively for personal, non-commercial display. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to download and assign these visual assets onto personal electronic monitors (including smartphones, tablets, and computational desktop screens).

2. Prohibited Exploitations

Commercial utilization of MONO.GRAF's curation framework is strictly unauthorized. Under this agreement, you are explicitly prohibited from performing the following activities without obtaining signed authorization:

  • Selling, licensing, renting, or directly profiting from the redistributed downloaded images.
  • Mass systematic extraction, bulk automated scraping, hotlinking, or loading image arrays inside alternative mobile wallpaper applications.
  • Integrating downloaded wallpapers into permanent brand identities, trade identifiers, or commercial broadcast assets.

3. User Uploads and Intellectual Properties

In certain portal features where user-contributed files are permitted, you agree only to upload items that you own or for which you have verified permission to share publicly. Users remain the unique owners of their assets. However, by uploading content to MONO.GRAF, you authorize us a global, royalty-free, perpetual license to exhibit and distribute the imagery in our wallpaper collections.

4. System Disclaimers and Limitations

MONO.GRAF delivers all downloadable assets on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, free from express warranties. While our quality assurance systems verify asset stability and optimization, we offer no strict liability guarantees for screen compatibility, local driver artifacts, or data delivery interruptions.
